Most clients may never see me, few can fully explain what I do, but everyone at OG feels my presence the moment something is missing, misplaced, or simply needs to get done.

For the past six years, I've handled back-office operations and overflow support remotely, helping make sure every transaction is buttoned up, every file is complete, and every detail is accounted for.

I'm happiest behind the scenes, keeping things organized, catching what others might miss, and making sure our agents can focus their energy where it belongs: on their clients.
